The Panasonic TDA30 is an entry level key telephone system suitable for small business. The TDA30 is a low cost, high quality phone system. As the more advanced NCP500 has recently been released with a similar price to the TDA30, we now only recommend the TDA30 for small businesses with less than 4 lines, 4 extensions. If you are going to add voice mail, direct lines or VOIP, it will be cheaper to buy the NCP500
