Key Benefits of Using ISDN2:

• 1. Present Your Main Number
  • Always present your callers with your main phone number regardless of which line you are using to call out. On a multiline phone system with analogue phone lines, a call to a mobile could result in any of the available phone numbers being presented.
• 2. Direct Indials (Direct Numbers)
  • Give each of your staff a direct phone number. You can assign different phone numbers for different departments of your company or different business ventures which operate under the one roof.
• 3. Call Reporting (Extension level billing)
  • When using direct numbers, the telephone handsets can be programmed to present any one of the 100 numbers available when calling out. This allows you to determine which phone or group of phones has made what calls, just by looking at the phone bill.
• 4. Transfer Calls to Mobiles
  • If you have staff who travel around or work in another office location you can transfer calls to them directly using ISDN. While this feature can be made to work using analogue lines, it is nowhere near as reliable.
• 5. Call Quality
  • The speech quality of a call made over ISDN is better than PSTN. Crackly lines, quite lines or intermittent buzzing noises are not possible on a digital connection.
