Solution Details:	By using the same phone system in both offices, staff who travel between branches already know how to operate the phones at both locations. VoIP was not required between sites as we were able to offer a very competitive national call rate which meant it would not be worth the expense. Customer has been provided with a call accounting solution which automatically emails reports once a week so that managment staff can review calls made and recieved by different departments.

We have provided a call reporting solution to allow the business owner to print invoices on a monthly basis for the tennants. In addition, we have provided a VoIP solution for virtual tennants to have a fully functioning IP office phone running at home or other remote locations. This was a great value add for our client and has enabled them to pursue a new business model by offering virtual services.
